Welcome to Cashback Clubhouse (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Cashback Clubhouse website, platform, or participating in any rebate campaign (collectively, the “Service”), you (“you,” “user,” or “member”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To participate in Cashback Clubhouse, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Reside in the United States
• Have an active Amazon Prime account in good standing
• Have a valid PayPal account to receive rebates
• Agree to submit true, accurate, and complete information

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. Overview of How Cashback Clubhouse Works

Cashback Clubhouse is a membership-based product testing club where users can sign up for limited-quantity product campaigns, purchase selected items on Amazon, test them in person, and submit a private feedback form in exchange for a 100% PayPal rebate.

You are not purchasing from Cashback Clubhouse. You are purchasing directly from Amazon through your own account.

3. Membership Terms

• Membership is currently free during our beta period.
• A monthly subscription fee may be introduced in the future.
• All members will be notified before any subscription fee changes.
• We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for violations of these Terms.

4. Campaign Participation

• Each campaign is limited to a fixed number of members (typically 50–500).
• Participation is first-come, first-served.
• Joining a campaign does not guarantee product availability or rebate entitlement unless you complete all required steps.
• Members may participate in multiple campaigns if approved and available.

5. Product Purchase Requirements

To qualify for a rebate:

• You must purchase the exact product we specify in the campaign launch email you receive.
• You must order directly through your own Amazon Prime account.
• You must pay the full purchase price out of pocket.
• You may not apply coupons, discounts, or promotional codes unless expressly permitted.

6. Receiving and Inspecting the Product

To remain eligible for the rebate:

• You must receive the product in person, inspect it, and unbox it yourself.
• You must ensure the product matches the listing and is not damaged.
• Only after receiving and inspecting the product may you submit the feedback form.

7. Feedback Form Requirements

To qualify for a rebate:

• You must complete the official Cashback Clubhouse feedback form for that campaign.
• Feedback must be honest, detailed, and based on your actual experience.
• Photos or videos may be required for certain campaigns.
• Falsified submissions are strictly prohibited and will result in termination.

8. Rebate Payment Terms

Once your feedback form is submitted and approved:

• Cashback Clubhouse will issue your rebate within 5 business days.
• Rebates are paid via PayPal only.
• You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is correct.
• If your PayPal account is unable to receive funds, your rebate may be delayed or forfeited.

Rebates are only issued for valid, completed, and approved submissions.

9. Amazon Review Policy (Important)

Cashback Clubhouse does not request, require, incentivize, or encourage Amazon reviews, ratings, or feedback of any kind.

• Leaving a review is entirely optional.
• Your rebate is not dependent on leaving a review.
• You must never mention receiving a rebate, free product, or incentive if you choose to leave a review.
• Any review you leave must comply with Amazon’s Community Guidelines.

Cashback Clubhouse is not affiliated with Amazon in any way.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Members agree NOT to:

• Create multiple or duplicate accounts
• Submit fake, altered, or reused proof of purchase
• Submit fraudulent feedback
• Abuse campaigns or attempt to claim multiple rebates
• Use VPNs or tools that mask location
• Attempt to manipulate Amazon’s review system
• Misrepresent their identity or Amazon Prime account
• Engage in any activity that harms Cashback Clubhouse or participating sellers

Violations may result in immediate and permanent consequences.

11. No Refunds Policy

Because members receive a 100% PayPal rebate, all qualifying purchases are effectively free.

Therefore:

• No refunds are available through Cashback Clubhouse.
• If you are dissatisfied with a product, you must follow Amazon’s return policies directly.
• Returning a product to Amazon voids your eligibility for a rebate and will result in your Cashback Clubhouse membership being permanently terminated.

12. Campaign Availability & Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• That any campaign will be available
• That any member will be selected
• Specific campaign quantities
• Product availability or delivery times
• Rebate approval if requirements are not met

Campaigns depend entirely on seller inventory and availability.

13. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate any member account at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraud
• Duplicate accounts
• Failure to follow campaign rules
• Abusive behavior
• Suspicious activity
• Violations of these Terms
• Unauthorized returns after receiving your rebate
• Misuse of Amazon’s platform

All decisions are final.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cashback Clubhouse platform—including text, images, logos, videos, and processes—is owned by Cashback Clubhouse and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Cashback Clubhouse is not responsible for product defects, shipping delays, listing inaccuracies, or seller issues.
• You purchase products directly from Amazon; all product-related liabilities belong to the seller.
• Cashback Clubhouse is not liable for damages arising from participation in campaigns.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashback Clubhouse from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Fraudulent submissions
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of Amazon’s platform
• Misrepresentation in feedback forms

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in courts located in California.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
